Cave Paintings

Working with the layering of images to play with the ideas coming from the rock art and cave paintings, has led Linda to experiment with mixing media. No real outcomes yet, but some thoughts about images on top of images and whether the layering in the caves holds more energy because one artist/shaman drew on top of another's work. Linda continues to be intrigued and has been drawing as often as painting. First Saturday was highly charged in Louisville last night with great art at Creative Framing Art Gallery. Colorado Artseen spent time with Janet Russell last week and the arts community was thrilled to have Kirk Norlin visit the Louisville Arts District.
